The staff especially front desk family members Megan, and Carlos maintenance their kindness and respect was very much appreciated.. Bright entry and fun cozy lobby area, it was great fun staying at UCF’s area Hilton garden, THANK YOU HILTON

We enjoyed a stay before flying home. Our room was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed a meal at the on-site restaurant. Great burger!!!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The cleanliness. The location, free parking, & easy parking. The non-smoking.
There was no hot water in the shower. It wouldn’t get hot or warm enough, so I took a cold shower when I got there and skipped it before I left because it was too cold.

Good location, staff very friendly and helpful.
The only elevator out of service. The only rooms available were on the 3rd floor. The room looked clean but smelled musty. Faucet in bathroom leaking with no way of stopping the drip noise. I'm a HH member and usually stay at HGI but this was not good.

Clean, spacious rooms, beds very comfortable
The breakfast was 17$ (for the same powdered eggs and muffins from Costco that most Hiltons have complimentary)

Location, room size, hotel staff, shower, hotel appearance!
The bed was hard as rocks, very uncomfortable.Suggest a foam mattress topper be added to room 236.

The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfy and location was close to everything.
The lighting was questionable when trying to do makeup and the price was pretty high

Location is great, staff was friendly, room was clean.
Not the fault of the hotel, but the fault of booking.com, I asked for an accessible room that would hold three people and they only had an accessible room with one king bed, the room they had available to queen beds was not accessible. We made do but it was very difficult with my 92-year-old father.

The location was perfect for what I needed. It was so nice that I could get dinner right at the hotel, the menu was varied and the food came quickly and was good. The breakfast was also very good. Room was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again. Parking was free. Staff was friendly.
Everything was fine, no complaints.
