The beach is the best in the area.

The menu for privilege category is very poor and does not change through the years. The best seats in restaurants are assigned for club members and not allowed to others even they are not occupied. It creates a feeling that you are category B guest.

Loved the location and the rooms were beautiful. The beach was beautiful and the pools atmosphere was great.

The food options were not great. The fact that reservations need to be made for majority of the restaurants was not ideal. Services was very slow. My AC unit was faulty and remained faulty despite maintenance come to look at the issue. Lots of creatures.

The pool and grounds were nice

The food was bad except for the Mexican Restaurant. The rooms didn?t have a/c. The beach was covered in seaweed and swimming was bad. Overpriced for sure

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The resort is well maintained, including the beachfront.

Wish the gym were bigger; only 1 treadmill. Self-service coffee/water/soda stations in La Palapa would be great. Difficult to get preferred restaurant reservation times unless you book very early. Larger room service menu would be good.

I¿ve left this hotel after 2 nights, the hotel, food and room were terrible and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Literally everyone we met on the staff team was genuinely friendly.

The hotel itself is beautiful, no complaints there. The location I should've looked into better as even though we had a rental, it was about 20-30 mins in either direction to Tulum or Playa.

Nothing at all. Not happy at all

I did not like anything about the resort at all and would never stay again. First 1 of the individuals in our party was bitten up by something in the room that led to bumps. The room smelled like mold and was hot. The food was horrible horrible.

Towel exchange should be at the pool or beach.

Inconsistent all around .. Unreliable service. Room service took over 45 minutes and our order was always wrong. Nearly impossible to get a cuppa coffee. Limited activities .Restaurants had no atmosphere.

Stellar service, especially at the restaurant.

Weather was not so great one day, and salt water pool was not available as an alternative to the stormy ocean beach.

The pool closed every night when the sun went down. I guess I expected a little more nightlife on the resort.

The restaurant BLoved was amazing for bfast and dinner. It was our favorite restaurant, and we were glad we upgraded to privileged access for it.
