Friendly staff in the restaurant, not at reception

Lovely traditional German hotel very clean with comfortable beds friendly staff and good food in the restaurant

No kettle in room

Very easy access from A3 motorway with good off-road parking.Room was very good and had been fully refurbished fairly recently.Evening meal was very good. Breakfast buffet was ok.Staff very pleasant.

No tea/coffee making facilities in room.Room had a slight smell coming from kitchen.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced. A nice experience overall.

Clean warm room. Hot water on shower. Close Tesla charger. Near highway. Quiet. Nice bed.... Parking at the front.... wxelent brekfast..... Nice people!!!

All is good.

Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. Easy check in and out. Rooms were up one flight of stairs. Free parking out the front. We ate dinner in the restaurant downstairs and were happy with quality of food. Reasonable prices. Generous portion sizes. Very happy with our stay.

Nice location and free parking. Staff were all fantastic, friendly, helpful and very polite. Room was ok and comfortable.

Restaurant was very fancy and expensive, we had a plate of fries which were great, but nothing else as we don't like fancy things or mushrooms.

Hotel is charming, situated right on the main square. Easily reached from the highway. Quiet and picturesque surroundings. Good sized room and bathroom. Breakfast was ordinary but plentiful and tasty. Good coffee.

Everything was good.

Loved the location, good food and comfortable bed

Lovely location in a beautiful small town just off the autobahn. We have stayed here overnight on several occasions, when breaking a long journey. Good accommodation, excellent food and friendly staff.

Didn’t stat at the hotel

I arrived late at the hotel (2 hours after check-in), and could not get in. No body called me or informed me where can I find key. I had to find other hotel in the middle of the night. I stayed in Germany in other hotels that also don’t have 24h front desk, but hotel always proactively reaches out to ask about the arrival time or they simply leave instructions how to get in after check-in hours. Very bad experience

Location, breakfast, dinner.

Bathroom to small. Very little space for shower and toilet.Very expensive.

the rooms are clean, breakfast is included and very various, everything is there, even an egg if you want to, they cook or bake it the way you ask for :) the restaurant has a large menu and the most important, the staff is great and friendly !

Room was very clean. No a/c Breakfast was good, cold buffet. We also had dinner there, staff, food, service was all good.

It's a 3 star hotel, it was what we expected.

great location good food helpful staff clean rooms

all good

Excellent hotel for a stopover. Comforable room, nice food and friendly service

As in many hotels: thin walls so not fully soundproof

Friendly staff and the hotel + room was very clean. We travelled for the first time with our 10 months child and we felt safe to let him crawl over the floor. The food was very tasty and fast service during dinner (mains served within 15 min).

It would be nice to have a kettle in the room especially when you're traveling with a child that needs warm water for his bottle. as we only stayed one night it wasn't a big issue.

Beautiful looking hotel in a beautiful little village Square. Very nice atmosphere when we arrived late evening. Staff were helpful an welcoming, an spoke good English, great as my German is very poor.

Hotel-Restaurant Stern is highly recommended. We stopped for one night on our drive through Germany, happily stayed more if we planned accordingly. The hotel is easily accessible from the motorway, very close and yet very quiet. A hearty welcome, delicious lunch, a practical and clean room - how we started our stay. And it got even better. After having a bit of nap after the long drive we went for dinner. Local delicacies made exceptionally. And the breakfast was outstanding also. The team is most friendly and helpful. Thank you everyone!

Everything was perfect.
