I all around love the place

The fire alarm went off twice for no reason in the middle of the night and then they tried to come in first thing in the morning to clean before it was even check out time

I loved everything!

The stay was great and the boys had a good time. Beds were comfy with plenty of room, liked having a couch that made into a bed for the older boy.

Where we were there was some odd rumbling noise, possibly elevators but not sure, that did bother us a bit but not bad. Please get larger trash cans. The ones in the room were really too small to hold much more than tissues.

I like the way the property was set up, but the property was dirty. My bed sheets had stains in them for an embassy suites. That’s so high-end was not Berry.

Mostly everything the staff was horrible. They had no idea how to do their jobs including the manager. I don’t even know how she got the role like I said, bedsheets stained pet hair everywhere my room stunk, and then they had the audacity to have no customer service. When you guys say put some photos of your stay, I only have one of the second I got there because I thought the waterfall was great but only if I knew what was really gonna happen.
