Grew up In StA. Spent many occasions at the Conch. Have not lived there for 50 years but return often to visit. The Conch is nostalgic for me. What a surprise! Totally renovated room and bath.. so comfortable. Still can nott beat amenities on waterf

Everything, rooms were a great mix of upgraded and retro, The bed was extremely comfortable. The Food and Service was Stellar!!!!!
The staff was very kind, and the location was welcoming as well.
As far as the units go, they definitely need remodeling. The door was rusty and flimsy, and the beds themselves felt moist. Just laying on the beds, you would hear this sqeaky sound due to the plastic surrounding the bedding itself.
