- I loved the Mom and Pop feeling of the hotel. They actually had real keys...it reminded me of vacationing with my mom and dad when I was little.
- It was quiet.
- The fountain out front was beautiful. The beds were comfy. Watching the sunrise at the marina was breathtaking!

- The AC blew out a little bit of black dust from the vents.
- I had booked a Hilton hotel rated 3.5, I responded to a your prompt for a better deal. Your advisor said this was a better hotel and was rated 4 stars! This was false, it is a 1950 era motel that needs a lot of remodeling. It was out of area and not c!

Grew up In StA. Spent many occasions at the Conch. Have not lived there for 50 years but return often to visit. The Conch is nostalgic for me. What a surprise! Totally renovated room and bath.. so comfortable. Still can nott beat amenities on waterf
Exterior and office show the age of this St Augustine iconic location. Donâ≢t let that fool you. Room very clean ( totally new). However, exterior of hotel area looked dingy and many leaves on walkways.
