Good location - downtown 15-20min max, convenient parking. Clean, spaceous, can work from the room if needed.
Sometimes cleaning was not done properly (towels on the floor left), or wasn’t done at all (even trash was left).

The plantings outside are beautiful, grass etc. looks great. Cleanliness of room and especially bathroom. When I told the front desk about light not working and alarm going off at 6pm; he gave me a free Marriott room; Also thought lock did not work and he showed me how it did.

Layout of building. Easy access to parking. Very quiet i terior Working and spacious drawers in bedroom chest. Port for electronic devices by the bed. Cooler with free water bottles
Sofa and chair cushion are very worn and compressed. Wished for pot of free coffee in lobby in morning.

Comfort for the price. Staff are friendly and professional. Free parking.
Traveled to this location twice this summer and pool was closed both times. Also, you have to pay for the breakfast buffet.

Room was clean and comfortable. Parking available with no extra charge unlike other properties in Richmond.
Pool not open in the middle of summer. Extra charge for breakfast and coffee provided in room was horrible. Elevators for disabled guests not convenient.

The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed.
Breakfast was average. Terrible coffee!The cushions on the couch did not fit well and did not look clean.

I appreciated the kindness and hospitality of the staff. The room was very clean. Seamless check in/out process. Id definitely recommend.
The only thing I didnt like is the pool was closed down and I was really looking forward to taking a dip with these extremely hot temps.

Located near Richmond University. Plenty of parking. Nice staff
No breakfast included or complimentary coffee (except in room brewer).
