Pros +

Very small hotel with all of the amenities for a hotel. Manager had the front entrance and lobby all festive with fall decor. Very welcoming and comfortable! Manager was very helpful and friendly.
very reasaonably priced, clean, breakfast was good, Kim, the owner, was terrific.

Cons -

only challenge, keeping the room cool was noisy and the AC unit seemed to labor.
No coffee in lobby at 6:00 am
The front desk service was horrible. She was refusing us service because she messed up on her end of the computer and made us calling booking our selfs. When we said she booking sent her a confirmation email she refused to look at it. When we wanted to check out at 10am she was not on the property. To use the hotels internet we had to be in the lobby room because the internet did not reach our room.

It has a very good location and it was very easy to get to and was in a central stop for our visit. The room was very clean when we entered our hotel room. Over all the stay was very good.
