Lied about prices online and charged more at hotel

Manager and staff attitude was horrible

The hotel staff was fantastic, rooms clean, food/drinks great & LOVED the golf simulator room.

Staff were very nice.

Bed was not great. Free breakfast, or at least coffee, would be competitive with other nearby hotels.

Thinnish walls -- could hear conversation in the room next to me when some people either checked in or came back to their room in the evening.

Our room was humid the floor was all wet 4 feet from window all down wall by AC, not pleasant

There is no shuttle from the airport to the hotel and I put that in filters for hotels. Also there is nothing really in the area to do so do your research

I reserved this hotel because a pool was advertised, but there was no pool. The hallway constantly smelled like Marijuana and the smell would get into our room as well.

The room decor was excellent. Like that they gave us lots of towels. Room was very open.

Construction was going on but we understand that. The construction workers was very nice.

It was great, updated rooms with a great staff it was some construction due to renovation but it didn't affect me.

Construction, difficult to access, difficult to park . The room was clean, nice, and refinished, the bed was horrible, old, lumpy, and sagged in the middle . A 16 ox soda cost 5.13 which is totally ridiculous considering its 0.89 cents in the market

The hotel lobby was messy, noisy and not accessible due to ongoing renovations at the hotel.

The room was beautiful. Very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel was under renovation, so I had to wait outside in the cold for someone to let me in the building. The night clerk told me that breakfast was free in the morning, and it wasn't. There was no microwave in the room. The mini fridge was not working.
