Location is one of the best to stay, convenient to catch free mall ride. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The air condition cut off when it works for awhile to keep the temperature lower, so the temperature in the room is not stable at the set temperature all the time. The other thing is that it would be much better if the deposit fee could be returned within a week at most to not affect credit line for too long during the trip.

The area where it is located has many people in poor condition, I had my own vehicle and I was not allowed to park in the hotel parking lot, I had many complications taking my car to a parking lot that they indicated to me.But the truth is that it was complicated for me and my friends because the next morning we would leave very early.

I love the location and parking is easy. It's my 3rd time staying here.

Excellent location close to shops, restaurants and bars. Really friendly and helpful staff. Nice coffee and cake in the morning and one day we had tasty empanadas for breakfast. Room was very clean and great size.

I struggle to see when a room is just lit with lamps and I would always prefer a bath to a shower. The shower took a long time for the water to get warm.

I like the restaurant options located in the hotel. Also I appreciated the level of security considering the hotel’s location downtown.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful! The staff were more than helpful and very welcoming and the complimentary water was great as well. We got upgraded to a city view room and the view was absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect and close to restaurants ice skating and more. I 100% recommend this hotel! We will be back

Great hotel, with clean rooms and a great location downtown, near restaurants and things to do.

Great location, took train from airport, and walked or ubered everywhere. The staff were very attentive and courteous. The architecture of building was impressive.

Love the location. Excellent place to walk to Denver's museums and plenty of restaurants/bars nearby. Staff is very friendly.

The parking situation is not so great. You have to park in an underground parking garage a block away.The shower floor is a tile that matches the bathroom but it is very slippery. I would expect an accident to happen eventually if something isn't done to make it less slippery.
