We weren't murdered in our sleep

Creepy, peeling paint, rickety stairs, some boarded up windows

1/2 .mile from Ciubres and Toltec railroad. Nice are with pine and spruce trees. Room was clean and and sw designs. In room coffee maker.

No breakfast ,no microwave or refrigerator. We read previous reviews so we brought a small cooler. Plenty if ice in ice machine. Chama is a resort town so price was higher for about a 2 star motel

Staff and location were good and it was very clean.

It¿s furnishings we¿re old and need to be updated. The mattress was old, soft and sagging to the middle.

Location. Friendly and accommodating staff.

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly both when I checked in and when I left. Room condition was really good for a non-chain motel in a small town. I felt safe in the area.

Shame that the restaurant is no longer in operation, but staff gave me some good recommendations on where else to eat.

Comfort, quiet, and location. They also had a great set up giving locations and phone numbers of food and tourist locations.

The location was great for catching the Cumbres Toltec train. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It definitely is older so it did not have a hairdryer or iron/ironing board in the room.

Staff was friendly, check in process was easy, room was clean and in good repair.

Is an older hotel, and is starting to show despite excellent upkeep. Bed, bed linens, and furniture overall could use an upgrade.

It is inexpensive & usually has rooms available for last minute overnight stays.

We have stayed 4 times, 3 of those times were with our 2 dogs. We pay the damage deposit every time, though no damage was ever done. The last time, our dog wet on the carpet. We were accused of her staining "all over the room". There was one stain, alread

For a 150,000 mile a year flyer, staff gets 11 out of 10. Couldn't have been better. This motel is dated - 30 years old - but the rooms are huge and very clean, and the bed was great. It's not a Sheraton or Hilton, but I'll use them again.

No complaints.

Staff were very friendly

Only one small trash can in double room. I had to keep dumping trash so it was not over flowing. I have 2 small children and am on a special diet. Would have been very helpful to have a small fridge and microwave in room.

In the Middle of Chama Friends and family camping @ Little creel and I was close by.
