While I recognize the hotel is under construction, the rooms can still be maintained. Ours had hair and used soap from the prior occupant as well as questionable marks on the walls of the bathroom.

Location for my trip.

Constant internal construction ... for well more than a year. Price seemed high for the quality.

The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful

first of all, the room overall was clean. Except there were dirty towels in the bathroom, popcorn kernels in the microwave, I left leftover yogurt in the refrigerator, and the mirror was dirty. The point of most importance is your lack of recycling.

The hotel had bed bugs in the room they gave me. I went down to the front desk showed them the pictures of the bed bugs and they told me normally their not supposed to give me a different room if they didn’t see anything I ended getting diff room anyway

Carpeting in hallways and flooring in elevators are filthy.

The second room we stayed in was very comfortable and spacious.

Receptionist was eating at the desk. Being a previous hotel supervisor, it was very inappropriate. Even though the 2nd rm was better, the smell on that floor was musty. The sofa in the 1st rm had stains and crumbs. Toilet space too narrow for tall person.

They had bed bugs, blood stains all over the bed and all over the sheets. Nasty smell throughout the room. It was disgusting even in a hallway stop elevator stop didn?t stay because it was so nasty

Although the hotel's exterior and lobby are not impressive, our room was quite nice and in good condition, except for a minor issue with the shower. The staff was wonderful!

Breakfast was ok, but the English muffins were dried out. It was nice to have this option included.

The bed was comfortable, and we liked Dove soap, shampoo products in the room.

The room window was really bad. I could not believe it's painted outside and could not see outside thru it. I've never seen an ugly window in any hotels before. Also, bathroom was congested. Front desk lady was rude when I asked for restaurant flier.

The location was relevant to my needs, a good budget hotel with some hot breakfast, and front desk attendant was very nice and helpful with my concerns

The breakfast/lobby area was rather small and not good for lounging or to hang out at

the front desk and most of the housekeeping staff has been great

Dirty and every single screw for shower rod and toilet paper holder were stripped out and loose

The breakfast was OK, I didn't like how loud the staff was early in the mornings talking/ laughing right outside your room and slamming things.

Everything Dirty, run down, smells. no maid service

The rooms and beds are filled with bed bugs, the hotel is beyond disgusting to the level their bed sheets are full of blood spots and stains?front desk and management didn?t help and lied of getting a refund upon check out for the bad experience

The staff was very friendly.

The carpet in the room was absolutely disgusting. My son walked in the room without socks for maybe 5 minutes and his feet were black from it.

Price and location.

Bugs in the room. broken fixtures. Bedding not clean

Location, Close to shopping and services. The price was excellent. The room was reasonably modern and functional. It was a great value for what we paid.

Evidently the seal on the windows has made them nonfunctional and you can?t see out of them. It was a little claustrophobic. What did you do?
