Location was good for our travel plans
Musty smell, maybe even cigarette smoke smell, in room. Bathroom was tiny. Exercise room closed for repair. Needs a nook above toilet for towels and maybe mirror. Beds were too soft for my taste. Halls and reception area were dark, needs to be brightened up.

EVERYTHING - the staff was so welcoming and helpful. The place was spotless and a GREAT safe environment!!
The elevator sound - it was a little scary

The location was good for us. Breakfast was a good variety. Parking was adequate. Bedding was very nice and comfortable.
Trash was not removed during our stay. Contacted the front desk because soap and lotion dispensers needed refilled, and we requested more towels. On checking out, we left some clothing in a drawer. We called later that day to see if it was found. The front desk clerk said there was no notice about the clothes from housekeeping. He said he would go to the room and check and would return our call. No return call. Lighting for applying makeup was not good.

The room was clean. We didn't eat breakfast.
The lobby was dirty. The chair that the My first impression was that the room would be dirty also but it was very nice and clean.

Everything was great. We didn’t check in until 5:30pm very clean and friendly. Great location
Our floor and room smelled like stale smoke. It wasn’t so strong that we would complain but when you’re not a smoker…I misunderstood when we checked in and thought breakfast was til 10:00am. My mistake but we went down at 9:08 am and everything was put away cleaned up chairs on tables like there was never breakfast. I understand it ended at 9 but 9:08?? We were disappointed and they said I should have double checked ?

Everyone was very friendly. It was conveniently located. I felt safe. It was more affordable than other hotels in the area.
It wasn’t super clean. I didn’t let anyone know though so I’m sure they would’ve made it right, if I had. They were all very nice and hospitable.

The desk staff was very friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and overall comfortable.
Our room was on the first floor, it smelled a little mildew-y.
