I didn’t like paying for parking and it wasn’t mentioned when I booked our stay. I was notified by email the day before our arrival that there would be a parking expense?

Close to the venue. The parking area was easy to access

Slightly noisy with traffic on the road side but the River view was nice!

Amazing location and a nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

The bathroom was old and the bathtub was not looking clean due to a wear and tear

The room had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and had a variety of options. Having a fitness room helped keep me on schedule while away from home. The staff were very professional and friendly. Seeing security in the main lobby put me at ease.

Not sure I need to nitpick, so I won't. It wouldn't be fair to bring up something that wasn't important enough to call the front desk about. My stay was enjoyable!

Parking is stressful. $37 to park if you’re staying there and there’s not a lot of spaces. When we got back from dinner there were no available spaces… the only single last spot available was a “diamond members” spot. So… we parked there because we paid for a spot, so we weren’t going to pay somewhere else again. On the way to our room we stopped at the front desk and told the employee we had to park in the last available spot and it was a diamond members spot. He said “oh, ok.. I’m sure it will be fine” so… not very comforting but it all ended up being fine. Overall great great stay!

The room was as expected and clean. We were on the second floor and since the windows were not sound proofed the traffic noise from Columbus Blvd was very loud. Also, the air conditioning unit in our room was excessively noisy. We did not sleep well. Perhaps on a higher floor you could not hear the traffic.

The rooms and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. I also liked the free pretzels and coffee. Location was in a safe spot with lots of bars nearby. Our room had partial view of the bridge, so it was very enjoyable to sit by the window and look out.

The overnight parking is extremely and unnecessarily expensive ($37).
