The location was great and the ease to get places nearby and call on taxi was good. Nice places to eat within walking distance. The staff was great and very friendly.
I suppose the lack of onsite parking can't be helped, but there was a parking garage not too far that we had to walk to and fro from. The bed in one of our rooms, 508, was hard as a rock and the party using it got no sleep. Hard to enjoy a trip when you can't sleep.

Staff were very helpful supplying us with a kettle when asked. Excellent location
Its a bit of an old property but you can tell they make an effort to keep it spruced up. Guests in other rooms can be heard quite a lot

Directly in China town, great location. Staff was friendly and helpful.
No breakfast option available, the rooms are a bit old. The price is OK given the amazing location. Good for someone who just wants a place to sleep at night and a bathroom to take a shower.

Location. It was half mile from a BART station, and one block from the Dragon Gate to chinatown. I enjoyed the ambiance of Chinatown. Staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the Vintage stained glass windows on the 6th floor. And the price was right.
Beds were very hard and I had to use a blanket to try to pad it. My pillow was lumpy, although I was able to exchange it. There is no refrigerator to keep restaurant leftovers. Space was cramped.

My son and I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for with such genuine kindness and peace. There was a calm and uplifting atmosphere that brought us so much comfort. Every smile and thoughtful gesture felt guided by something greater.
