Pros +
- I needed a budget friendly stopover after a late medical appt in Charlotte so I wasn't looking for 'fancy'. Front desk was kind, responded quickly when I alerted them I would likely be a late-ish arrival. While the facility itself needs some updating, especially privacy curtains/drapery, my room seemed very clean. Bathroom, furniture, and linens were spotless and smelled clean. The pet fee was very reasonable compared to most hotels.
- Convenient, easy to find, adequate parking, close to everything.

Cons -
- Breakfast is basic; cereals, not so fresh muffins, waffles. Don't expect 4-star breakfast. Dog walk area has no bags and no one is cleaning it up so be careful where you step! The hotel is on a busy road, and not great insulation, so it is rather noisy even at night. If you are a light sleeper you may want ear plugs.
- The breakfast buffet is not as good as in the past. Specifically, the sausage gravy now is like wallpaper paste, and the breakfast danish were old and starting to go stale. We don't mind paying extra to stay at Quality Inn, because they provide breakfast with the room, but, unless you're crazy about waffles, there's not much else available.
- The entire place needs a makeover.

Everyone was extremely friendly. Room was clean, the breakfast was delicious. Very easy to get to. Close to everything. I felt comfortable, wasn't scared. I don't normally travel with my pet, but having floors done and had to be out of house.
Everything was fine.
