HOTEL 11, MOD a Sonesta Collection

Close to the airport rental car drop off, clean, comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Some jet noise but to be expected per the location.

The location was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very nice and well-maintained.

quiet and on the small side

Restaurant staff were very inattentive.

Close to airport. Clean, easy booking and good customer service.

For a 4 stars hotel that looks the same as 3 stars hotel that provides complimentary breakfast. This hotel comes up short on the breakfast topic at over $---/night. That seems to be uite expensive to have a change of sheets.

Decent price and close to airport

Bar and restaurant hours

Very nice room, good staff, good restaurant.

Professional and polite staff. Great location, near airport.

It was in a safe location. The ice machine actually worked. Housekeeping was fantastic Rooms were clean

The air conditioning worked strangely at about 1 a.m. or so the fan continued but was not blowing cold air then at about 5 a.m. the cold air started again Hotel had a slight strange door.

Horrible experience with the hotel. From the way they handled the broken AC to switching room to giving us a room with pee stain on the toilet seat and we waited for 35mins for someone to help us clean, this hotel had made a poor impression. Dont recom.

Friendly staff, good location, excellent rooms and most of all very clean and modern. The housekeeping staff deserve a gold star for the superb job they do. Well done. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will book again soon. Natalie

Everything was good....

We had loud neighbours late into the night. The front desk staff were excellent and after asking them three times they asked them to leave. There is no way to tell what type of guests will come but they were excellent in ensuring we would get some sleep.

Proximity to airport. Fresh water dispenser that provides bubbly water, cold water and spring water.

Bed was terribly uncomfortable, elevators are sketchy.

Clean room, comfortable bed and quiet.

Clean and convenient Guest extended parking

Very comfortable beds! Close to airport ( but never heard planes) Nice shuttle service

Friendly staff organized and clean.

Clean, king bed, good tv.

Room, cleanliness, staff all great.

Pool and spa open 24 hours.

Waiter at restaurant didn't say one word to us and never smiled. One lady at front desk was lovely, another was surly also.

quiet. clean and convenient. bed was excellent

food in the pub/restaurant is pathetic.
