1950s themed and everything is so easy. For example, the Bayliner Diner has a variety of grab n go items with a massive seating hall. Buses run to and from the parks right outside.Rooms are comfortable and clean. The price point reflects the hotel's amenities and I just love it.

Location is great for universal parks, walking into volcano bay. Buses are frequent. Room was clean. Food options are good, especially the shake shop and having a Starbucks on site is a bonus.
There is a charge for parking believe it was $26 a day which is quite pricey when you are staying a week. Some of the lights in our room didn't seem to work

The service was remarkable. The stuff was very helpful and nice. The location is very good.
The rooms needs refurbishing. We were very far from the shuttles. The housecleaning didn't do a very good job. The sheets were dirty and so were the carpets. We were a family of five, and the extra bed didn't have a blanket. The shower is pretty uncomfortable. No hand shower, and the water pressure was low. The bed felt a bit moist. No option to worm the room when needed. Only aircondition, and no option to open a window. When you open the curtains, you get no privacy.

Close to parks and really good facilities within the hotel plus good choice of food
First room offers had no window and was dark and claustrophobic. Had to fight to get another room

Great location, good size, clean rooms.
Lack of good food choices, diner food wasn't good. Ice cream was good, nice to have starbucks.
