The room was clean. The price was good. Overall stay was comfortable and proximity to Universal was decent
My door didn't fully seal, so I could hear lots of car noise in the evenings and mornings. There was no late shuttle service for special event like HHN.

Location is great. Hotel staff are always there to help, the rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Tried the new breakfast they offer, can be added for $11.00, was very good.
Not a dislike or a big deal, but a microwave in room would be nice

Staff (most) were friendly and helpful. I'm big on getting a place with a pool and fitness room and the pool was great.
The fitness room floor was soaked and got my clothing wet while trying to do stretches, yoga, crunches. Moldy smell in there was not conducive to working out for long periods.

For the price this hotel was very clean and accommodating. Pool and jacuzzi were a nice addition and our room was clean and organized. Was so close to the park and offered free shuttles would deff go back

This is the best hotel in the entire state of Florida. The most climate controlled and clean pool and hot tub experience in the entire state of Florida. Friendly knowledgeable helpful staff. Family owned. The most bang for your buck hotel stay in my entire life. There will be no question where I stay in Orlando it will be the Clarion Inn across from Universal
