Quality Inn & Suites Champaign North - Urbana

I was not expecting the deposit to be $100. I have stayed at other Choice hotels and never had to make such a high deposit. As usual, the elevator was supposedly out of order and my room was inconveniently on the 2nd floor. Unacceptable.

The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Our first room had a wet carpet and horrible smell.

Good shower. Hot breakfast. Bed was ok.

The lobby and room were nice and clean. They seemed to be updated and fresh.

We were on the first floor, room was nice and clean, but ceiling needs some attention in spots. It also did not smell as I had seen in another review. The staff was friendly and the location is great. Price for the night was very reasonable.

This last time was nice but I will say the time before we were on the third floor and the hallway carpet was dirty and worn. The staff wasn't as friendly and made it known they wanted us out of the breakfast area when 9 am came, may have been a one off.

the pillows SUCKED. if I had gotten there earlier, I probably would have asked for a couple extra. they were the size of square couch pillows and too soft to really do much without a huge pile.

No fitness center, which it was shown to have before I booked it, had to ask for pool towels, rang bell twice to ask for more toilet paper. When no one came, I took the partial roll from the restroom in the hallway.

They had air conditioning

The room was not clean when we checked in. Housekeeping only came in two times while we were there and didn't clean very well. The door didn't close on its own and the security lock was loose. The breakfast was not that great either.

The staff. The man working the front desk and breakfast area was so pleasant that even my 13 year old remarked that he made the stay better.

Seriously¿these rooms need some attention. Our room (208, I think) had two holes punched in the wall, and if you didn¿t pull the door hard and wiggle it¿it didn¿t always latch. That is crazy unsafe.

Leaving for home air conditioning was cold pillow and bed were OK ice machines worked well

Bathroom very small water pressure in shower very poor floors around lobby in really bad shape needs replaced be for someone trips and breaks there neck also they let anyone park in ¿¿ parking without placards so the real handicap ¿¿

It was clean, friendly staff and near places to eat.

Room was not cleaned the whole time we were there. Beds weren't made, trashed not emptied we had to empty it our self.

Easy access to room from car. Heat was fine. No noise from other rooms.

Bed was uncomfortable

Toilet seat did not fit correctly . Was very loose , so , I tightened it myself . Was extremely loud upstairs most of night Friday . Running across room or hallway and something making a slamming noise several times . Got very little sleep !!

nothing comes to mind that was objectionable, except that the alarm clock had been unplugged presumably by housekeeping and not plugged back in again.

The fact that it was actually in the town I needed it to be in (Champaign)

The hotel was disgusting. It was run down, seedy, nasty, and smelly. It was atrocious. I've never felt so ripped off for a hotel room before in my life.

This hotel was very dumpy looking on the outside. A bunch of trash and stuff sitting out back. The hallways and stairwells were dirty. I feel like they just have one big group after another and they don't ever clean.

Bathroom was not good and hotel looks very old and need maintenance. It is not worth for the money inpaid

washroom needs repair including the door items running out in the breakfast
