Pros +
- The location and the shuttle. Short 10-minute walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The shuttle was on time and guaranteed (no reservations needed and if a bus was full, we were told they would send for another). The two onsite restaurants had a lot of food and convenience store onsite was well-stocked, even for someone with many dietary restrictions.

Cons -
- The first room we got on the first floor had a lot of cockroaches. We were hoping it was just one, but it got worse. The room smelled bad and there was mold in the bathroom. We switched to a room on the 5th floor and it was much better. No bad smell and no bugs. The caulking in the bathroom still had mold and needed to be replaced. There was also very loud hotel lawn care done almost every day around 8-10am and that was disruptive. Those are easy changes that can and should be made.

Close to work location Staff is always nice
I know updates are happening but my room was very dated
