The access to the beaches and the actual staff and welcoming personalities. I also enjoyed the complementary towels.

The renovations and the need for cleaner rooms and the water wasn’t staying hot.

The location was great and the staff was also great! The included breakfast was good and had a variety of choices.

location was great, directly on the beach and walking distance to bars and restaurants.

Our room was located on a 1st floor corner directly next to an outside door. This led to an extremely noisy experience. Felt that the staff should have offered a discount for this room or explained the situation and provided an alternative room.

Parents letting kids underage use the jazzuzi Bar outside was reserved for a private party bar inside was to full to order a drink

The pool is awesome and everyone who worked at the hotel was very nice and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The on site restaurant made excellent food and was priced fairly. Onion rings were the bomb. I was impressed.

The carpet in the room. I just don?t like carpet. Wear your sandals or shoes if you intend to walk on it.

Position of the bed was on the left of the balcony had to get up to see the ocean on the right side when you pull the curtains back. The trap door in the bathroom ceiling fell down .Cheap pillows on the bed woke up neck pain every morning. Manger was rude

I wish they had advertised their pool being out of service, but they did arrange for us to use facilities in the hotel next door.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast each morning, directly in the beach, pool area was so pretty and pool was clean. Access to food and drinks daily.

Staff was always smiling and helpful! Room had a beautiful view. Although beachside chairs are not provided, you can rent them 2, a table and umbrella all day for $45 from a local vendor. Pool is cool!

Some genius decided that the AC should be motion activated so I did not return from the beach to a really cold room, like I expected.

I liked the location of this hotel the best, had a view of the beach.

I felt we were scammed into paying for an upgraded room. We arrived 2:50, Check in time is 3:00, we were informed room not ready for 45 min to hour. We needed to get to function at 5:00. I had to pay for another room just to check in and get ready.

The hotel was a beachfront with a nice view of the city and had a nice restaurant and served a great breakfast every morning

The water would turn from hot to cold without warning and there was a slight sewage smell at times

Location was perfect. Pool was amazing and the breakfast was outstanding. Unfortunately we did not get to eat any dinner items due to the kitchen being down, but that¿s understandable, they did their best to make due.

Location was fantastic. The staff was very helpful, She was very kind and fun! Room was very clean, and common spaces were cleaned constantly throughout the day. Ocean view balcony was great, as well as pool, hot tub, and tiki bar.

Only thing that would¿ve made this better for me, is a dairy alternative available. The complimentary breakfast had lots of options, and coffee was kept available all the time. But if lactose intolerant, you¿ll need to bring your own milk/cream option
