Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests are required to show the credit card which has been used to make the booking, upon arrival. If this is not possible, the deposit paid will be reimbursed and the reservation has to be paid in full prior to check-in, either by cash or a different credit card. Child-policy: when traveling with children it is mandatory to book a triple or family room. The maximum amount of people per room, 3 or 4, is including children. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. 2-person bedrooms are only suitable for 2 adults + 1 baby. Baby cots upon request available til 2 years old. Please note that parking is subject to availability. When booking 7 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. During coronavirus pandemic, the hotel only offers take-away meals for dinner. All people staying in the hotel are required to show an ID at check in. A copy or photo of an ID will not be accepted.
