Great hotel, stellar location, beautiful pool and beach. Breakfast was good, and Kaira was so attentive. She made our full experience amazing(I travelled solo with my kids)

Location of Hotel is good, but not value for money.
Breakfast is not appropriate, AC was a issue on room allocated and then changed room.

Good location, fair prices for staying.
Noisy, not as clean as I expected, but okay. Also, I made reservations for two adults and two kids, but they charged me for the kids breakfast. Lunch, expensive food with terrible services.

Great staff, very friendly, particularly the restaurant staff. Excellent location, close to all the hot spots in Miami Beach. Comfortable room, nice amenities in the room.

The location is nice. The beach view is good.
When I checked in late for the room I had already paid for in advance, they changed the room and the rate. The front desk staff started crying and proceeded to charge my card again for the difference. The manager later that morning apologized but it was traumatic at 3 in the AM to be told you can't check in unless you pay again. And I have yet to get my money returned.

Everything was great, as far as what the hotel provided.
I had some very loud people in the room next to me that kept me up later than I would like. Not really the fault of the hotel...just rude patrons.

Despite some bad reviews the staff were friendly abs helpful especially Maria at reception. loved being right on the beach and use of free umbrella and chairs . Very quiet room and hot water. Very good location near buses and free trolleys and rent bikes .
Nothing except the price but that’s Miami for you and it was more reasonable than a-lot of others . location seemed to lack selection of restaurants
