Best Western Plus Beach Resort

We booked the oversized double room, and it was very spacious. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was very friendly. It was within walking distance to Times Square and the pier.

My only complaint is that the elevator is quite slow. Times Square is still undergoing construction from the hurricane, but there are still great shops and food options available.

Rooms are small. Looks bigger in the pictures. Being on the beach the hotel room always has sand on the floor how much ever you get it cleaned. Rooms should have been carpeted.

No pool towels. Staff did not replace used coffee pods. TV in lobby set on depressing news. Hard to escape it. Why not put a fun movie on to st the tone.

staff were not the best. Couldn't get into the room until 4pm. They want you to wear a rubber wristband to show you are a guest but I did not wear their wristbands during covid as I don't know if it was sanitized or not. Staff were not wearing masks

Everything was great was great with us.

The only issue was the people that was there that weekend, not respectfully with the kids, they were drinking inside the pool and cursing ,but everything else was good.

AC was too noisy I asked front desk to change me to another room and they didn’t and know they had room available

Checked in about the time the Covid issue started. Rather than stop breakfast, which many hotels did, they brown baged it, your choice of food. Allowed us to check out two days early to head home and didn't charge us. Very accommodating, always cleaning

Perfect location ,right on the beach.The pool was also very nice,perfect temp.Staff was also very nice and helpful.We had a great time.

The location is spectacular. Close to the beach, courteous staff, and great breakfast. Will definitely go back.

Location! Beautiful gulf views, semi private beach, but only 1/4 mile from the tourist area with shops and restaurants.

Price for beach chairs was high, with no discount for staying at the hotel.

Small enough to give personal service yet big enough to have a great vacation. The pool is well kept as well as the shaded lawn area with the nice chairs between the building and the beach.

The blue umbrellas and chairs in their photos are not the hotels. They belong to a rental company and you have to rent them. The hotel does not have their own chairs for the beach as some of the others do. A proper disclaimer is needed in the photo.
