Breakfast was nice. Room was clean. Our needs were satisfied.
Was hoping there would be shuttle service to the cruise port. There were certainly enough people staying there to justify this.Also, all evening it sounded like people were stopping outside our door to have a loud conversation. Hard to sleep throughout this.

The breakfast was very good and overall the hotel was great value. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk accommodated our request for early check-in and the extra fee was fair and reasonable. We were very tired from the travel and were able to catch up on sleep before our cruise the next day.
There was a strong smell of cleaning products in the hallway snd some in the room. At least everything was clean.

Breakfast was much better than I imagined. Nothing fancy or out of this world, just, simply better than what I thought. The bed was quite comfortable and the room felt somehow cozy. Blackout curtains worked great.
They don't have contactless payment method and the swipe reader did not work with any of my international/mexican cards. This was horrible because it was very late and we had to look for an ATM to pay for our room.

Reasonable priced hotel. Uber ride to cruise port was only $12. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good.
Windows didn’t do much to silence the loud traffic noise most of the night.Bed was comfortable but was very squeaky with even the slightest movement

Breakfast was better than we expected. Location is good , the only setback was not much of shops and restaurants around. By the way Denny's Restaurant is just next door and it is good. Staff are friendly.
