- cleanliness, breakfast
- Nice clean and close where I need to be
- Good breakfast with hot and cold items. Enjoyed the amenities in the room i.e. fridge/microwave/tea and coffee maker, night light in the bathroom, and the small bedside clock.
Cons -
- it was winter, no hot water in shower in the morning
- Nice if there could be dairy substitutes i.e. oat milk or soya milk etc.
- The locality but we expected that and it’s not so much about the hotel

Considering that this is in north Hollywood and on the lower end of the price range, it’s a great hotel! The room itself is pretty big. We had 2 queen beds and a crib and still had place to move around. Our room even had a microwave, which is rare in most hotels! The locality itself isn’t great, no good restaurants at walking distance but if you go prepared you’re good. The breakfast had a decent spread, enough to fill you up atleast. All in all, great stay!
