Great location. Room was clean and comfortable. Having parking available is great too.

There are only some teaspoons, cups and glasses in the room. It would be nice to have even some forks and small plates to use if you bring some takeaways back to the room.

Perfect location, comfortable, a lot of space, optimal hotel infrastructure. In addition, the room has everything I needed for staying one week, including bathroom accessories and coffee/tea supplements.

Well located. Clean. Friendly staff. Microwave. Dishes. Fridge. They received a package for me ahead of my arrival.

Prefer 11am checkout time.

It was central to the town. The door didn’t lock from the inside, which was important as we had a toddler with us that could open the door, so the hotel arranged for a chain to be added.

The second bedroom in our apartment did not have a mirror or wardrobe/cupboards for clothes.

Comfortable well appointed rooms. Central location.

The staff was a little hit and miss, more training is required.

The room was on the ground floor directly onto a main street, very loud. The bed didn't have a real king mattress but it was two mattresses with a hole in the middle. The hotel is being cheap about sheets, using only flat sheets, not even a duvet cover. Not worth the money..

Favourite place to stay when we stay in Dunedin We used to stay at the distinction, but we found for a much better price. It's better to upgrade to one of the rooms in the new building. Same quality just a better price!!!!

Location was very good.

It was quite dated and the bathroom was old with a curtain which I did not like. Also, had a funny smell from cleaning products. This was very evident in corridor.

The rooms were a little dated and needed a deep cleaning (or new rug).

Walking distance to hospital

The beds were appalling. You could feel the springs and felt like the mattresses had not been replaced in decades. The hotel had had weird things upgraded like the bathroom floor tiles but the most important thing in the room, the mattress was terrible. Really so far below standard.
