- The elevator broke the whole time of our stay! We had to walk up the stairs so much
- Yes. I left my black Oakley polarize glasses on the dresser when I checked out of the hotel and when I called back the same day to report it to the front desk he told me that room service didn?t find my glasses there. I?m very disappointed.
- Staff was generally unhelpful and indifferent. The WiFi didn?t work with any consistency (not a big problem but it was inconvenient). The sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable, you could feel the bars and wires thru the mattress.
