- The location was very convenient. Staff were helpful and nice. The family room was spacious with 2 adults + 1 teenager.
- Upgraded clean
- Newly renovated rooms. Wonderful staff, and lovely hotel. The hotel provided travel passes for the duration of the stay, which could be used for convenient tram travel to airport.
Cons -
- Bathroom sink would flood after each use but they did not fix despite multiple requests they kept promising me without action I believe because it was weekend this is what hurt the most The bed was two single beds that would separate in the middle easil
- carpet filthy. Bed lumpy. Lighting in room poor. No way a 4 star hotel
