The breakfast was good . The location was excellent
The air conditioning, beds, furniture needs to replacing and carpet as well.

Room was big and beds were comfortable.
The mix of communication on when everything opens or closes. Lady at front desk said breakfast was over at 9am, the paper she gave us says 930am, but the text from the property says 10am. At 830am when most people were coming down the lady says there's no food to put out. The only thing that was available was eggs and waffles and a couple slices of bread. So the breakfast was very disappointing. And when I book a hotel that has breakfast included in the price I would expect more of an effort on the hotel's part. Then you pay for parking. For what? Because there is a big sign at every door that states the property is not responsible for you vehicle if anything happens. Then what am I paying for.

Spacious room. Comfy bed. Breakfast although limited was enough with cereals, toast, fruit, waffle machine, some hot items. Enough to set you up for the day. Less than 5 mins drive from Busch Gardens. We used their free shuttle which had multiple slots to choose from. There are a few eating places with 5 minutes walk including a sports bar & grille next door that offers a discount to people staying at the Hyatt.Didn't use the pool or other facilities. Great staff. Free flowing coffee in the foyer.

Upon check-in JAVON was very welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious, we especially liked the sectional sofa, most hotels have a loveseat size or small sofa. This gave a very homelike environment. Breakfast the next morning was amazing for the price point ~ beautifully presented, pristine clean and large variety of food items. Open spacious eating area. VANESSA made sure it was well stocked and tables cleaned off. MICHAEL was helpful in explaining price points for future longer stays, especially if involved with Moffitt. D’ANDRA was friendly and made the entire hotel stay very enjoyable. We will be back. Liked location off the beaten path and next to North 30th Sports Pub & Grille, great menu, tv’s and ambiance.

I am a housekeeper and the rooms were very clean as I can tell! The breakfast was a very good assortment of food, everything was so great!
