Modern design, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and pillows

A bit pricey, but it’s Boston

We did not have breakfast. I booked this hotel because of the location which is very good.

Some things in the hotel room are getting a little bit worne out, espcially in the bathroom. But other than that the room was very good :)

Handy to visit back bay. Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Fridge to store food if you wish. Plenty of coffee and tea

Haphazard house keeping. WiFi can be very slow at times. No proper laundry service, only service washes

Great location. Clean rooms. Good service at hotel restaurant.

Bathroom is a little small. Reception staff unhelpful at times.

Arrangements for changing our dates due to a flight cancellation were handled very positively. The Front Desk Staff were patient, polite and very efficient. Location excellent. Hotel restaurant offers splendid choice and staff very efficient.

It was a good hotel

I was kept awake the first night by a dog barking all night next door

The location is fantastic. Located within steps of the subway, which is our main mode of transportation around the city, it is very convenient, The staff is friendly and helpful - carefully answering all our questions. The rooms are large - plenty of space. The beds are very comfortable. It is across the street from the prudential build so very convenient to restaurants and shopping.

When we got to our room we had a leak with the bathroom sink and the plunger. Maintenance took care of the leak right away.

Location , size of room, cleanliness

Pool area was too crowded

Very clean rooms and comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. Nice quiet hotel with a fabulous rooftop pool and bar. Very kid friendly.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The location is great, right next to the Green Line metro and Prudential Center and within walking distance of multiple districts. The hotel itself was nice, clean and offered great amenities. An amazing surprise was the rooftop pool, which we didn’t know about prior to our stay.

The only negative was that our room had quite thin walls, so we could hear everything - people passing by or talking in the hallways, as well as noise from the room next to us.
