WorldMark Plaza Resort & Spa

Very friendly and helpful staff, from the housekeeping to registration, everyone was great. Several times they had wine and chocolate tasting in the lobby. They even offered root beer floats one afternoon. The pool was a perfect temperature and offered both lounges for sun bathing and shelter for reading. The location was also great for shopping and walking.

The north/west pool was too cold to swim in.

The location is good, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the cleanliness was great, the rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed. I definitely recommend this place and we will go again.

Some of the guests at the pool were not friendly towards us, we had black and Latino family all together and we were not welcomed at the pool. Just an FYI about that. The staff was very friendly and helpful with the grill though, even though other guests left the pool and grill area when our group got in the pool with nasty expressions

Location is great and close to shopping centers and restaurants. The pool was always clean, very peaceful at night and clean. I highly recommend staying here! I’ll be coming back soon again.

Location was great. Close to Trader Joe and the golf course. They gave us a free upgrade. Super clean. Rooms were older but very clean and spacious with all the amenities.

Spacious one bedroom, kitchen, 2 balconies, jacuzzi, 2 closets, dressers for unpacking suitcase, 2 sofa beds.

Slept on sofa vs sofa bed since that sofa mattress was thin.

Some people think rules are for others but staff does give friendly reminders. Too many people are finding this gem in the desert. It was hot

Great resort with many amenities and services. The room layout was very spacious. Quiet area and didn't have any issues with loud external sound pollution.

We have stayed at the Plaza Resort and Spa for many years and we always have a very enjoyable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and the location is great for us.
