The hotel is very convenient and very nice. The food is perfect.

1). The beach doesn¿t present the Caribbean Sea. The sea there looks like a lake. 2). The staff could be nicer and more like service the leading.

Excellent service by employees, great pool, very quite, big comfortable room.

Location, very difficult to enter the hotel, no entrance on highway when coming from la Romana, long distance to a place to turn around; I spent my birthday there and when my husband told the waiter to sing happy birthday for me the said they declined it.

Food is good, especially the breakfast has everything you can looking for, the staff is very kind, the landscaping around is beautiful, the entertainment is good

The ping pong table is placed in an area where is impossible play, due to the hotel doesn¿t have that field in the entertainment.. The rooms have some maintenance problems ,also the telephone doesn¿t work But the front desk staff help in the solution

Worst hotel. Please save your money and go somewhere else. worst Room & food nothing work in room, no hot shower, electric go down every hours for few minuets so you consistently lose wifi. We check out after 1 day stay but they did not refund our money
