Location and cleanliness.

Very noisy with events. Noise very bothersome and audible in the room.

The room was beautiful and clean. The sheets are phenomenal! Very soft and silky.

When there's an event booked in the atrium/center of the main floor, it gets very loud. However, once you get inside your room the noise is reduced significantly. You might be able to sleep through the noise IF you are on an upper floor.

The beautiful room and views of plane takeoffs from O'Hare and silhouette of downtown Chicago. Their beds are the best!

The smoke alarm was very loud and went off twice during my stay. The staff was very helpful with this situation though. This is a beautiful hotel and as always Westin Is known for their extremely comfortable beds.

There was black mold on the shower ceiling. We were placed on the floor below the entire floor above us undergoing major renovation. The hammering continued until 9:30 at night and we had to get up at 4 AM

The lobby was nicely decorated.

There was construction going on from 3:30pm to 8:30pm the night I stayed, starting up again at 7 a.m. This was not disclosed to me as going on when I made the reservation, otherwise I simply wouldn't have. Additionally, the towels and sheets were stained.

1-the A/C was out of service and the room was stuffy but not hot nor cold. 2-during the check-in, the man can't say 'good afternoon', he did not even look to my face. 3- the bathroom shower was HORRIBLE , it was a rain shower head with no space to mov

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable.

One of the primary reasons I chose this hotel was for the pool. After supper we went to the pool to relax and enjoy our family time. The hotel closed the pool at 7pm on a Saturday night. Very, disappointing. Had I known, I would have booked elsewhere!

Rooms are very clean and spacious. Entire hotel staff is very helpful and friendly.

The atrium is beautiful. Rooms were clean and big. There is starbucks onsite as well.

old carpets, outdated decor. Room 1230 no air conditioning told staff and they sent someone up who removed a filter that looked perfectly fine.Air never came on . Next day same thing . They offered us a free breakfast??? They knew air conditioning was bad

The room itself was pretty run down in places. Water in the shower took over 25 minutes to heat up. The thermostat did not work properly. It was hot all night despite me lowering the temp all the way. Pillows were semi flat. I needed all 4.

-Good location with close access to expressways -Easy check-in/check-out -Room was clean

-3rd floor room right by elevators was not very quiet/peaceful, especially with the hotel bar right below.

Though 4 star, no room service. Had to go to desk myself even to get toothpaste.

Left couple items, found immediately. Immediate response. Very much appreciated. Decent value proposition.
