- Our room was hot even when turning the thermostat down. We had no running cold water in the bathroom and the faucet sprayed all over.
- I am handicapped and I use a walker. The handicap parking was not by the front doors. That parking was reserved for guests who pay for the overnight parking and it is first come first serve. The actual handicap parking was about 300 ft from the front doors in another parking lot. It was very difficult to find any parking and nothing close to the building.

The room was nice.
I could hear people in the restaurant and bar from my room. It was difficult to sleep due to the noise.
