- The Coffee machine and air-condition doesnt work very well, and can you please give more water to your gust please at least please tell me where can I refill the drinkable water !~

- Food quility (taste) there was below my expection, and your receptioniest, I asked someone where can i get a drinkable water, most of them ask me to purcahse the bottle of water at starbucks....
- I woke up in the morning to the sound of a weed wacker / lawn mower that must've been going for 2 or 3 hours. I was looking forward to having a peaceful morning outside on my deck and had to go back inside because it was just too loud and disruptive. Bummer to have the morning ruined! Separately, I tried to call the front desk to ask a question and was on hold for 20 minutes - I just hung up!

When my family checked in, the Silverado staff were unable to find the booking I had made through Booking.com. Booking.com was unable to assist me. I was talking to AI which was not helpful
