Very well located, subway around the corner so getting to points of interest was a breeze. Building is old but it seems it was renovated fairly recently. The whole lobby area looks really nice, clean and well maintained. Has an air of grandeur and sophistication like in the old movies. Hallways at the rooms floors are well lit and wide and the rooms are nice and comfortable. It’s an urban hotel so I don’t know if it has a pool but there is a gym, it has its own restaurant (never ate at it so don’t know about the food) and also an Italian restaurant which can be accessed from the lobby or the street. Around the hotel are also other restaurants so there are enough options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

There was really nothing to not like, maybe the fact that the room we had had a really small closet and no dresser with drawers for clothes could be an issue for some people, but we were there for four days and three nights and didn’t really missed them at all.

There was nothing not to like, Hotel is stunning, facilities extraordinary, food & drink was outstanding and the customer service and friendliness from the staff was the best I have ever experienced!

Central, large room, classy, ok furniture. Large bathroom. Lots of elevators.

Staff and even manager refused to provide the invoice for the stay as they said payment was done via booking.com, demonstrating absurd lack of understanding of the difference between a receipt and invoice and refusing any further assistance.

The hotel is excellent, the location great and extremely friendly staff.

Location, atmosphere, security, cleanliness, available facilities. Very comfortable.

Could use a few trash cans in the lobby area. In room check out wasn’t working the day we checked out. Very minor things, more suggestions than dislikes.

Room was a good size and comfortable bed.

The complete lack of sleep quality and disregard for guests by housing them on the 4th floor.1) Our room (4021) was an adjoining room. The adjoining door (locked) offered no soundproofing which meant the room next door watching NFL loudly until 1-2am kept us awake. The guy next door called his wife between 7-8am both of the first two mornings with every word loud and audible through the adjoining door (I don' t think he was being particularly loud, but the soundproofing was pathetic).2) The air conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud, with loud vibrations above the bed whenever it was ramping up to get started in the night.3) To make matters worse our room was also on the conference floor. I have no idea why the hotel would put 4 rooms on this floor. From 7am every morning there was a steady stream of loud conference goers mingling around the floor. There was also a complete lack of security on the floor, as anybody could walk in off the street and access floor 4.4) However, the worst part of the stay was on the final night between 12:30-1am, when we were woken up to door slamming, men shouting, and large objects being thrown around the halls. We at first thought they were drunk tourists but they were in fact hotel staff moving conference tables and chairs around the corridors of the fourth floor. The staff were acting in a manner where they had no regard for guests staying, shouting at each other as loud as they could. Unfortunately our hotel room was next to the storage room and it sounded like people were trying to knock the walls down / break into our room. We called reception to complain and the work briefly stopped before restarting at 4-5am.5) I complained on the final morning about all the issues above, and the reception staff appeared agreeable to take money off our hotel bill. However as the room had been booked and paid upfront thru booking.com they said they were unable to refund anything and could only offer us late checkout.
