Spark by Hilton Orlando near Universal

I loved how comfortable & affordable this hotel was. Breakfast was great, it was clean, free shuttle to Universal & free parking. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Orlando!

The rooms and hotel in general are a little outdated but not too bad at all.

Location was perfect. Less than 2 miles from Universal.

Water temperature could have been hotter.

The room was old, the king size bed comes with 4 small pillows.

room with sleeper sofa was great, bathroom area great, sink and microwave great bonus, loved the multitude of bed pillows, 2 tvs for the two areas very nice. loved the decore.

The room and bad room always are cute, clean and smell clean too. The beds are always ready to sleep. The people are always friendly.

Everything was fine.

The room had comfortable beds and housekeeping did a good job of keeping it clean for our 4-night stay. Front desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was adequate, since we are not big breakfast eaters. I especially liked that good and hot coffee was available at all times. The only way to top the location is to actually be on Universal property. The free shuttle was handy, although we used a taxi to return to the hotel each day because the shuttle returned at 5:30 p.m., which was too early for us. We would have walked the 1.3 miles back to the hotel, but, after hours of being on our feet at Universal, we opted for a ride!

The shuttle was handy, but we ran into a glitch on the first morning at the hotel. The shuttle was full, so they had to send another one. We ended up waiting an hour. However, the other three mornings went smoothly. The only other problem was that the air conditioning unit was noisy. I was able to fall asleep, but not readily due to the noise.

the location was great. right next to universal studio. 20 minutes from Disney World.

Best stay to travel around close by to the Theme Parks, attractions, and other necessity needs. Friendly and helpful staff members.

I kinda wish there are more variety on breakfast instead of eating the same one each day. I also wish there’s a better improvement for the keycards to avoid getting locked out each day due to interferences with electromagnetic fields (Ex: security scanning checkpoints).
