Amazing stay. First time visiting after being recommended this hotel by family. Staff were exceptional. The hotel looked amazing - very clean and the bed was very comfortable! Great location too.

The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean.
We weren't directed to the correct tower and went up the wrong bank of elevators. When we asked staff on that floor to help direct us he was surly and rude and condescending "just follow the numbers!". When we went downstairs to the front desk they were able to direct us.The shower head was broken and wouldn't turn on and we had to have engineering come and replace the shower handle.

Beautiful hotel. Luis at the front desk is always so helpful! Appreciated the use of resort fee for items at the snack bar!! Beds are always like sleeping on a cloud!!

The room view towards Union Square was phenomenal. The staff was helpful and attentive. The room was very spacious and the bed, so comfortable. The room had excellent amenities. Elevators were quick and with movie like views :-)
The strike that was going on during our stay kept us from enjoying a good night's sleep, although it's not the hotel's fault. The room windows don't provide enough isolation from street sounds. We didn't have the chance to enjoy breakfast in the hotel because of the strike and because some areas were being renovated at the time.

The location was great. Room was also great!
Staff were on strike which made for a very loud experience entering and exiting the hotel. Give folks a living wage.

The location of the hotel is amazing. Everything is so close and it's very centric. You have everything you need at walking distance. The view of the room was breathtaking.
The only thing I did not like was that hotel workers were outside protesting and making such loud noise. That was very unpleasant.
