Room had connecting door and we heard EVERYTHING that the people on the other side of the door said/did. Also, explaining what the special destination charge benefits were would have helped as we missed using them the first day.

Holding on to my "incidental " $200 charges for 3 business days. You should release the funds after checking out. Also please don't insult me by saying it's my bank's fault. It's yours

The app said check-in was at 3 but once I arrived, I was told it wasn’t until 4 and I had to wait for my room and they would text me once it was ready. They did not text me until 6 PM. You also have to pay for Wi-Fi and the shower pressure is terrible.

It seemed dirty in the hallways and in the room. The water pressure of the overhead shower was awful.

The worst hotel experience I've ever. The staff were incredibly rude and argumentative was given a room that was in poor condition, and to make matters worse, I found a cigarette in my car.

Valet was nowhere to be found while line of cars sat outside, no room service menu in our room so called the number and asked for one. Never brought it, called back and asked about ordering and they said they were closed. Room was dirty and run down.

Location was perfect; staff at all levles were exemplary. Comfortable beds and bedding. Good service and great atmosphere at bar.

Would have preferred two queens instead of full size beds.

I have to say I liked everything as I do every time I stay there. Great breakfast! Great lunch in the bar. Excellent service at the bar. Room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you to all the staff for another wonderful stay!

It does not look or feels like a 4.5 star hotel. It is outdated. The bathroom doesn?t have a ventilation system. The mandatory destination fee is not justified.

The breakfast on Saturday morning was sub par and the restaurant had two leaks from the ceiling and a huge rip in the booth seat.

The walls were paper thin, and the room doors are very loud when they open and close, so I could not sleep. Also, the shower didn't work properly, and the water came out from both the shower head and the bath faucet, so the water pressure was poor.

no in room coffee, saturday complimentary breakfast never happened. the breakfast i did end u having at 7 the coffee wasn't even out. very exensive buffet for cold eggs and no coffee.

Cleanliness of the floor was very poor; including The pretzel behind the couch, the pizza sauce and pepperoni on the floor under the table, the vomit stain next to the bed, garbage under the bed. We had to wear shoes in the room. The $80 parking!

Location is great. Bed is very comfortable.

A/C barely worked and reset all the time. The TV randomly shut off. The noise from the hallway (we were right near the elevators) was incredibly loud at all hours!!! The people in the room next to us kept slamming things into the wall - called front desk
