The location is fantastic. Very accessible to walk to all sights and attractions. There are so many restaurants and shops just steps away from the hotel. Great location for evening strolls.
The housekeeping staff are very aggressive and have no regard for the privacy of guests and will enter the room even if there is a “DO NOT DISTURB” sign on the door. It’s terrible and I will not stay at this location again for this reason. The front desk staff and bell staff are wonderful and the breakfast is fantastic.

Staff welcoming and helpfull
Breakfast was included with booking.com however the hotel didn't know about it so we lost time sending emails and proving that our breakfast was included.

The location is good. After the first night, the stay was fine.
There was no room available at check in. On first night was placed in a meeting room with a bed. Was told that third-party reservations are last served and first bumped from rooms. Subsequent nights were fine.

Roomy and spacious
It was crowded, I tried to change my room from a double to single prior to arriving.....no communication back from the hotel. The room wasn't ready and I kept going back to the desk based on the estimates of when it would be ready and it wasn't. The daily assessed $25 fee was a surprise to me and I would not book with a hotel that does that again. I was there for a conference that was 2 miles away in another hotel because there were so few hotel rooms that weekend.

The location was great (at least works for our plan and itinerary) but is very convenient with a lot of restaurants, stores and places to go. The price was reasonable and the staff was amazing. The room was comfortable and we truly enjoyed our stay here.

Comfortable , spacious room. Free water, free in-room Starbucks coffee packets.
On sit parking VERY expensive.
