Location, Beach, nice hotel people, employees. Nice classy hotel environment. Nice safe area to walk around day or evening with easy access to cab service. Great weather that made the stay more enjoyable.

Excellent location.
My flight was delayed from Mar 4 to Mar 5. But was told cannot get credit or refund. Only stayed for one nite instead of 2 nites.

Staff friendly and very helpful. Room nice size, good facilities and well appointed. Hotel great location on the quieter end of Ocean Drive.
No kettle. Sorry just being British and need our tea.

Excellent location and great rooms with a lot of space, so perfect when you have kids. Good value for money. Small pool on top but with a stunning view and great atmosphere.
Some parts of the hotel was under renovation, so some areas closed off during our stay, but it looks to be great when they are done

Perfect location, staff is friendly and very helpful, very clean hotel and room, rooms are renovated for a perfect stay, the bathroom is super nice and clean, basic breakfast is offered. The staff allowed me to have my dogs which I appreciated a lot. They have a valet service which was very useful. Bikes, beach chairs are complementary. Hotel is located right in front of the beach, restaurants are all around
Renovations are happening so sometimes it’s noisy during the day.

Room was excellent but noisy because of the location.
Staff were cold and unhelpful. Hotel is meant to be 4 stars but the service was 2 stars.

The hotel proximity to the beach, restaurant, and shopping centres
There was an ongoing renovation while i was at the hotel. Maybe it could have been shut to customers for renovation to be completed.
