Great room. Good facilities in hotel

Breakfast was only OK. Overpriced in my opinion

The Location was very good.

My stay at this hotel in Miami was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The room I was given had lights that didn’t work and a dirty bathroom. I reported this to reception, but it was as if they didn’t care—nothing was done to address the issues.To make matters worse, I was robbed during my stay. Someone entered my room and stole two bottles from the minibar, along with my wallet, bags, and phone. Even though I gave the hotel the exact time stamp, it still took them 9 hours to locate the CCTV footage—and even then, they did absolutely nothing to accommodate me.The swimming pool was dirty, and to top it all off, there was constant work going on throughout the night which made it impossible to sleep. The front desk staff, especially Tanya, had a terrible attitude and showed no concern whatsoever for any of these problems.For a hotel advertised on Booking.com as 5-star, charging over £200 per night, I expected professionalism, cleanliness, and comfort. Instead, I was met with neglect, rudeness, poor standards, and a complete lack of accountability.This is not a 5-star hotel by any measure. I left extremely disappointed and would strongly advise others to avoid this place. Miami has far better options that actually live up to the standard they claim.

This is my first vacation in Miami. But not my first vacation by the ocean. So I have something to compare with. Convenient booking and the possibility of early check-in. Very friendly staff at the reception. What really upset me at the beginning... was the quality of cleaning. Maybe I have professional deformation. I have a cleaning company and I would fire my employees if they worked like that. The hotel has 5 stars. The first thing I did upon arrival was clean the dust. Everywhere. After that, the cleaners came every day. But the dust that I didn’t clean on one of the shelves for the sake of the experiment remained. Moreover, the cleaners were probably expecting tips and took away a towel every day (they took the foot towel first when leaving the shower). Which became a matter of principle for me - I won’t give a dollar in tips. The buffet service is wonderful, the breakfasts are great. The staff, again, is very customer-oriented. I didn't use the pool because I don't see the point in it. I live on the first line of the ocean. My heart was captured by the beach team. Isaac and his guys are real professionals. I spent my entire vacation on the beach. Friendly. Attentive to details. No need to remind about changing the position of the umbrella during the change of the position of the sun. Attention to each guest, first-class service and what leaves a desire to give the hotel the highest rating, even despite the terrible service from the cleaning of the rooms. The beach, location, the presence of everything you need in the hotel - 11 out of 10. Cleaning 2 out of 10. This is the Achilles heel that can spoil the impression. But the beach team compensates for everything with perfect service.

Location was excellent and it was a lot cleaner and more comfortable than other hotels I have stayed in in the area.Did feel it was overpriced for the standard, but that’s what you get in the area

The only plus of this hotel is the location and the girl on reception was very nice. Firstly, the hotel needs renovation, everything is shabby. The rooms also don't look nice ( ocean front with balcony) small room , very small shower, when I saw yellow stains on the blanket and pillows, that was the most unpleasant thing. Our room was not cleaned for 2 days of stay, we had to call and ask for toilet paper and towels. The service in the rooms is terrible, we ordered breakfast in room and waited for it for 1.5 hours and they brought everything in double order, which we did not order. For that kind of money, at least should keep it clean, I have no desire to visit this hotel anymore.

Excellent hotel in great location ? comfortable spacious rooms, brilliant shower & every single staff member were so friendly & professional esp at the pool & beach.Brilliant service to provide beach lounger & towels.

Well appointed rooms and very spacious. We booked a 2 queen studio suite with sofa bed but got upgraded to a king studio suite + adjoining king room. This was an added bonus as traveling with 2 teenagers meant we had more space and 2 bathrooms. Breakfast buffet was exceptional and constantly being topped up. Location was perfect for exploring Miami beach and beyond.

Quite noisy. None of the doors had soft closures so constantly bring disturbed by the sounds of slamming doors from people coming and going.

Good hotel in great location, Breakfast buffet was good , daily Prosecco by elevator, all staff was great and attentive-especially Pio at reception , outdoor area is very comfy

Hotel is situated in the heart of Miami Beach so you can't get anything better. Swimming pool, direct access to the beach, valey parking, dinning - all delivered at the highest quality. Comfy beds and spacious room! I like the lobby bar and nice/modern style of decoration inside. IMHO posh ;)

Bathroom is extremely small, no single shelf for a toiletry bag. No proper ventilation so steam covers the mirror and you need to be very careful once shaving :)Plus through out the whole stay we were given 3 towel in stead of 4 even I had been asking every single day.
