This oceanfront 1950s-era Nautilus features an outdoor pool surrounded by cabanas, spa services, and a restaurant. A full american buffet breakfast is available, and the South Beach district is 10 minutes’ walk away. Dark wood and leather furnishings and photography by Sante D’Orazio accentuate each modern room. All rooms provide a 48-inch flat-screen TV, and certain rooms have a balcony with views of the ocean, pool, or city. Direct beach access with lounging chairs can be enjoyed to the utmost with full food and beverage service. Guests can access the fitness center 24 hours a day. A 24-hour reception, concierge service, and luggage storage are available to all guests throughout their stays. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served on the terrace or indoor dining room at the Nautilus Cabana Club. In-room dining is offered for a fee. Golfing is 5 minutes’ drive away at Miami Beach Golf Club. Lincoln Road boutiques and cafes are 0.7 mi from Nautilus, while the Bass Museum of Art is 984 feet away.

Cons -
- Hotel fees after checkout. Should be included before. That seems backwards and can be a surprise. I know you post fees but still seems shady way to do business. Even though you purchased and stayed here, surprise, you owe us more. A lot more.
- $17 extra per chair at the beach (first 2 are free) $25 rental for umbrella, $49 daily resort fee, $49 parking.... unreal charges. double bed-room's view : a wall. properties next to hotel(left/right of hotel) under construction, nose all day.
- Hotel rooms and bathrooms need an update. The corridors have a musty smell and are dark. A bit of a cave feeling walking from the elevator to your room. When you book a normal room with no ocean view, you look against a wall.
