- They checked me in and out with no problem and were very accommodating
- We left everything about our stay. Hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff are very helpful and kind. Would definitely return!
- The front desk staff is amazing. Very attentive and courteous. The hotel location is wonderful and close to everything. The rooms were nice and clean. The lobby is decorated so nicely. Housekeeping was so sweet and fast.
Cons -
- The hotel restaurant menu lacks overall variety and is not very kid or adult friendly. The room bedskirt was a bit dirty and looked very old.
- Price was very high for one night. Parking was very expensive. I think$--- for one night was way too much.
- The fridge was almost warm and the amenities listed on the itinerary were not a available
