The Blackstone, Autograph Collection

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The center-city location made everything so convenient. The artwork throughout the hotel was beautiful and added a great deal of character. The staff was amazing, and the amenities were a wonderful bonus.

The staff was very nice

No free breakfast and too much for hotel parking

The front desk staff is amazing. Very attentive and courteous. The hotel location is wonderful and close to everything. The rooms were nice and clean. The lobby is decorated so nicely. Housekeeping was so sweet and fast.

The hotel restaurant menu lacks overall variety and is not very kid or adult friendly. The room bedskirt was a bit dirty and looked very old.

Location

Had issue at check in where king room indicated it slept 3 people, but there was no couch or pull-out couch for my son to sleep on. Was charged fee for roll away bed since we did not want to pay huge upgrade for 2 queens.

Location was close to our concert location. So we were able to avoid traffic and walk back after the concert ended. The room was very comfortable.

Price was very high for one night. Parking was very expensive. I think$--- for one night was way too much.

The fridge was almost warm and the amenities listed on the itinerary were not a available

Location and character!

Bedding seeps pretty hot. Good in winter not so much summer.

The staff were friendly. The room was gorgeous, clean and the hotel was a great location. We brought our Shepard/husky mix and felt very welcomed with her, that was important to us.

Nothing was unpleasant at all.

The location. Very central to everything in Chicago

Wished the AC would of been more powerful to circulate picked temperature. Had to ask for a fan to really feel comfortable with temperature and sleep well .

Great location being on Michigan Avenue. Enjoyed the space that was designed as an art gallery.

Parking is an issue and more food options would¿ve been nice. Requested room cleaning and did not receive it unfortunately.

I liked the history, style and location of the hotel.

Maybe having a kettle in the room would be nice for a hot beverage.

The rooms,the Lounge and the location

We could not see the famous Ball room and other rooms. Everything was locked.

Room size and comfort, location to theaters

My room was close to the elevator and a bit noisy but overall a great experience.

Dirty in the cabinets and refrigerator either not in or working.

Wifi wasn't free, breakfast was an additional $20. It was not worth the price even discounted for one night.

House keeping didn’t vacuum. But over all very nice.

The beautiful decor, the spacious rooms, the spectacular view of the lake and the excellent staff, especially hotel employees made for a very special experience.
