Staff was exceptional. Room was very clean.
I would book a room in the back of the property as the front, which was on the highway was extremely noisy, which the hotel has no control over.

We enjoyed the breakfast, lots of options and it was fresh! The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and the location of the hotel was perfect! We even got to enjoy putt putt golf right across the street one night! Lots of restaurant / shopping options to choose from as well.
When we entered our room it smelled heavily of some kind of perfume that was pretty rough. Our bathroom wasn’t 100% clean as there were clumps of hair in the tub and someone’s hairclip on the steel bar left behind. Other than those issues it was a nice place to stay!

Rooms clean location great.
Room was next to elevator which was in constant use very loud all hours. Didn’t get any sleep. On top of the ac fan motor broke and whirling loudly. Check in was crowded after parks closed. Tried to check in early no go. Restaurant only open from 5-9 useless

Close to Old Town and Medieval Times is 12 minutes down the round depending on traffic! Super quiet, rooms have their own ac units to make it whatever temp you prefer and ample parking.

I love coming to this location and I have been coming here since 2012 and it's a very convenient spot and I love it so much and the staff and hotel is very nice....

The Location is great. The bed was amazingly comfortable. I love the option of a balcony to enjoy the nighttime air. Front Desk Attentants were so friendly and helpful. I called from my room for a razor and toothpaste and they brought it to me within 10 min. And everyone smiled and was polite.
They should have emptied out the trash bins in the lobby. They were overflowing at 9am when i was leaving and wanted to put something in the trash.
