It was a great hotel with great location

The sheets had some hair and spots on them , not sure if they switched them before I checked in . Also fridge was not working even called on it and still was not working

Location and clean

Self Parking was full so was forced to Valet which was expensive. Minimal outlets worked, shower door wouldn’t close entirely, door to room wouldn’t latch tight “doorbell” they promote was broken and they took the pool and spa out! Nice but not $---/night

The shower leaked all over, they didn't have our room ready at 4:15 pm and the restaurant was horrible.

Location.

I think it is absurd that they charge and "Urban Experience Fee" which includes things like Basic High Speed Internet, Phone calls, Complimentary coffee and tea from 5-6 AM. Many things that are included in much more economical hotels for free.

View was amazing, staff super friendly.

I would say the only thing I didn't really like was not having a pool and the price of the parking while you staying at the hotel Now it give us the time to explore more the City since we didnt have pool my kids were definitely looking for that.

Valet parking was not organised and take a long time to get your car after you call it in

No business center. You need to go to ups for printing & pay. Wifi speed was very slow.

Very friendly staff, close to everything. Very nice and clean rooms.

Had a small issue with the Valet and being late and cost for Valet much higher than other hotels in the area.

OVERPRICED. THEY CHARGED ME FOR ONE NIGHT STAY AND I DIDNT STAY THERE,

We had an issue with the car battery when preparing to leave. Although there was a 30+ minute wait, the parking garage staff was helpful in getting us back on the road.

The location

The room was really cold and when trying to adjust the Thermostat to turn the air off and the heat on. It did not warm up.

Location is ideal for River Walk, Navy Pier, Michigan Ave, and Loop.

Smelled like Marijuana in the room likely from neighboring vent.

The TV I have to say was the best thing about this hotel room.

I stayed at The Cambria the night before checking into here, and let me say the room was way more up to date then this room and I paid less. Parking is terrible and parking prices are $67 a night to park. I Would never stay here again.

I absolutely loved the views. I could see the river from my window, and it had been colored green for St. Patrick's day. So, every day the green just got greener. The room was spacious and the restroom had a bath and standing shower.

A microwave would have been nice.

Staff was amazing. Friendly and effecient.  the Front Desk was the Best!!!

Did not meet star level expectations. Rooms were fairly clean, but dated and dark. Bathrooms oddly arranged and dated. Beds were very narrow.

Nice view of the river walk, river was frozen but looked nice from far.

The location was perfect and the room was beautiful. Desk and bar staff were amazing.

No bellman on duty. We were not welcomed at the door and no help with luggage. I was is a walking boot, so this was a problem for me. For this reason alone, I would be hesitant to recommend this hotel.
