Radisson Miami Beach

The location is great. Other wise it is just the worst Radisson i have ever visited.

It is poorly managed, old and dated, dirty and some of the staff is just detached

House keepers doing good job,rooms were always clean

Breakfast was not good I wish I never paid for it.there restaurant food was not good too,another thing after was given my room card i didn't even know which direction to go,they need someone to take or guide someone to the room. I was lost even to know tje floor which my room was

Beautiful, clean, smelled amazing, great location, staff were so nice, pool and poolside snack and drink bar were perfect, it was just an overall amazing stay and I’m already looking at booking another visit there for this fall.

The only complaint was the wifi was out most of the time so the tv didn’t work. But honestly we weren’t there for tv so it was a very minor inconvenience.

Facilities , room , terrace, cleaning, pool, drinks, everything met my expectations honestly.

maybe that the breakfast is not buffet

Everything was exceptional. I booked 4 rooms and invited my whole family. Everyone had a wonderful time. The staff were very helpful. Great location and very clean hotel. We loved the pool area and private beach access. We will come back again.

We had an Oceanfront room with a great view of the ocean and beach. Decent pool and lounges/umbrellas provided at the beach. The restaurant was good, and there were a modest number of food options nearby. Good/fast lifts.

There are far fewer eating options than South Beach but that's an ironic consequence of choosing a quieter place than South Beach. The Soho Beach Club next door had thumping music from midday till 2am on a couple of days. Very loud in our room and by the pool. The hotel moved us to a quieter room.

First off , the staff was amazing. From all the receptionists, cleaning staff, and the gentleman from the concierge stand .. everyone was so helpful and caring of our needs. Huge shout out to the all the wonderful ladies on the bar staff!! Each of them were always so very attentive and made me and my mom feel so comfortable and relaxed the whole vacation. I miss them already lol. Will definitely be back to visit them at the bar. Another plus, the pool( including pool) was always well kept and clean. The food was great and always hit the spot. I will be recommending this hotel to friends and family. 5 stars from me.. hopefully I'll be back in November. Thanks Radisson Hotel staff and crew . Keep up the fantastic work.

Very clean but the resort fee is a bit expensive. The facilities are not very nice.

The front desk was not very helpful. We had to call 5 times to confirm a late check out.
