Good location

Lobby a little crowded

The location was perfect, right on the corner of the main drags, very close to UCF. The hotel had a great vibe to it walking into the lobby and up to the room. We were on the 5th floor with a great view. Comfy beds, big TV, fridge, microwave, all things needed for comfort. It was a nice perk to receive two drink coupons for the bar, but we were unable to use them due to the time the bar was open.

Unfortunately, we found and flushed two roaches in our room. The hotel did offer to move us to another room, however, this was at 11:30 at night and we were all settled in at that point. Although it was a great location, the noise from the street was a bit loud due to sirens and the proud muffler car owners! There is construction all around the hotel so it was a little tricky to get in and out of the lot onto the street.

It is conveniently located. Pool looked nice though we didn’t have a chance to try it ourselves as it was pretty cold that day. Room was ok with very comfortable bed.

I am compering the stay to my European standard I must say I was very disappointed with the service and rather poor breakfast. Shower was not strong enough and quite colder than I would expect.

The room was not so clean- there was a peanut behind the nightstand, cum on the bedskirt, -and they only provided 3 towels when were. Group of 4- also it was inconvenient to have our room in front of the elevator and ice machine- LOTs of noise when we wanted some peace and quiet

Great location and facility. Super friendly staff. Stayed here before going to Port Canaveral and will do that again.

The location was great. The staff was so friendly & professional. They answered any questions I had & provided whatever services I needed. My room was nice & clean & very comfortable. This was a very good stay.

Pretty noisy. The hotel was busy as was the holiday season. But was not much sound proofing from people in corridors .
