The location is great.

I usually don’t leave complaints or bad reviews, but this experience genuinely made me sad.We arrived early around 1 PM since check-in was at 4 PM. The staff took our names and told us to come back at 4. When we returned a little after 4, the check-in line was extremely long and we waited close to 2 hours. After finally reaching the front, we were told there was no room available for us, even after all that waiting. The front desk staff went to speak with a manager and came back saying that Booking and their system “were not speaking to each other,” so we had to wait even longer.We didn’t get into our room until around 6:30 PM.When we finally entered the room, it was very dusty — the nightstands, the phone, and even the top of the bed looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. I have two kids and we were exhausted, so I didn’t call right away. I wiped down what I could and we went to bed.The next morning, we woke up congested, so I called and asked for the room to be properly cleaned. We left for a while and returned, but the room was still poorly cleaned.We tried to find another hotel nearby, but since it was New Year’s everything was full. We also heard other guests being told there were no rooms available for them either.Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. I won’t be staying here again, and I also won’t be booking through Booking again

Where do I even begin? From the moment we arrived, it was a complete disaster. We didn’t even have a reservation on file when we got there. The air conditioning in our room was broken for four days, and the staff was rude and dismissive throughout our stay.There were hidden fees everywhere—it honestly felt like a bait-and-switch scheme. The room itself had a nasty, funky smell, and housekeeping was practically nonexistent. They came maybe every other day, barely made the bed, and didn’t even change the sheets.To make matters worse, there were fraudulent charges placed on our credit card for lunches and restaurants within the hotel that we never once ate at.Overall, the experience was absolutely disgusting, unprofessional, and unacceptable. This stay was stressful, unsanitary, and nowhere near what was advertised.

The hotel has a roach problem and it was recorded and shown to the front desk.

if you are a couple or a group of adults I would probably reconsider for this particular location. A lot of families- pool was full of children /teens throwing foot balls, wrestling. Pool chairs are taken up fast because of this. Beach was great chairs were spaced out nice, large cabanas in front of chairs was annoying, umbrella are 32$ a dayCommunication with staff was all over the place, one person would say you can get your breakfast room service, when we called down they said we had to eat in the restaurant. It’s happened for a few different questions and issues. Bar at pool was great services and drinks, food was just okay.

The location is great. They dont offer free breakfast but there is a restaurant on site.

The beds were not too comfortable. Some good firmnmatres a es and fitted sheets would be nice.

Location, closeness to the beach and private access to the beach. The overall set up and decor was calming and pleasant. Nice and friendly staff

The skywalk and parking

Very good location.

There was not a single shelf, drawer or even a hook in the room (including the bathroom) to place your clothes and your stuff. Just a very small closet with no shelves.

Great location and amazing views. Beach is cool!

We had to move rooms twice due to issues but they were quickly sorted by the front desk. The drinks are expensive but again the staff were so friendly!
