good location
facilities & room were quite tired. I had & adjoining room & the sound proofing was shocking, may has well have actually shared a room with the person next door as you can hear everything. Windows did not open.

Not much good except for the location
Dirty, outdated, poorly maintained, pool staff unhelpful. Appeared to be unhappy about the included breakfast which was not as expected in this quality of hotel chain

This hotel was lovely, clean, with very friendly staff. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic! Rica at the front desk and Shawn in valet were both excellent.

Property is very centrally located, beach is great. Room is spacey and comfortable, very clean. Beds are wonderful. Soundproof is good, it was quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. At check in, the staff member even walked us through all the pathways to show a way to our room in another building.
In a bathroom, the door is very strange, and bathroom even has a kind- of- window opening into the room. Wish we have more hooks on the door. At the beach, only chairs are included, but we had to pay for an umbrella- $30.00 daily.

Bridge to the beach from the pool area is great to have! Comfortable rooms and bed. Centrally located on the beach/restaurant strip.

The location was amazing
There was a problem in the room with the air conditioning, unit, dripping water, all over the floor in the closet as well as all over my clothes and luggage. I had to go out and purchase more clothes to wear to the funeral and ended up spending $---

Location great. Rooms way overpriced and outdated small
Too pricey. Didn’t get the room we wanted. Small and stuffy very outdated
