Sheraton Boston Hotel

Room was clean and comfy. Got an excellent night’s sleep.

Very conveniently located to where we were going, and also the people behind the desk were extremely helpful and very friendly, She was awesome. We gave her a 10.

Their ability to handle traffic in the front desk was atrocious. We stood in line for quite some time checking in. They cannot handle large crowds. The rooms are.Meh

Connected to Prudential Center with vast array of places to browse. Also connection to transportation.

Room a little on the small side

Some House keeper did not do much other than making the bed, towels not replaced and dirty glasses left on table

The pool was so beautiful. The location was perfect and the property is clearly maintained at a high standard.

No soap in shower! Under construction. So no food or drinks available. Could at least have a temp station for coffee, drinks & breakfast foods

Walls are paper thin, so good luck sleeping if there are any night owls on your floor.

Room not ready 3 hrs after checkin. Could not accommodate us even though we had dinner reservations. Had to be put in two separate rooms and then moved. Would not offer a discount.

This hotel currently has NO lobby, No restaurant, NO bar, No cafe - NO services at all- Hotel is under construction. I called to be booked elsewhere but your worthless call center did nothing except to put me on hold for over an hour!

The area

Yes! We were not informed there was construction being done! The elevators sometimes didn't work. There was no wifi in the room even tho i used my Marriot Bonvoy for free wifi. There was only 1 chair at the table in the room.

The hotel is currently being renovated. Two water shutdowns during a 3 night stay. Definitely needs renovation. More like a 2.5 star hotel.

Location

The hotel was dirty. You could smell the dirt/mold in the hallway carpet. The accumulation of dirt/dust in the corners/ in and around room furniture looks like it was NEVER cleaned/vacumed. Because the hotel was under renovation, no amenities available.

Construction noise, pool closed though visible from our room. Bathtub was chipped. Staff very helpful but not very friendly- maybe a Boston thing.

The hotel was under undisclosed major, loud & disruptive construction. The lobby was completely boarded up. The construction was right above my head so I had no sleep before my meeting. The safe in the room was broken.
