Pros +
- The convenience of being located near the park.
- Great location near Universial Studios. And had shuttle bus to the park.
- Nice location. Cleaning staff was great.
Cons -
- The 20% gratuity added on to your breakfast in the restaurant regardless of the size of the party.
- The property had a designated smoking area and because there were more smokers there than none smokers are benches and ashtrays were removed and put underneath the parking garage. Where propane and other flammable materials were. Just because we smoke. Doesn’t mean we don’t matter. And another thing when staying at a hotel for a week at the price you pay A dresser in the room should be provided. So you’re not living out of your suitcase.
- Front desk staff was less than friendly upon arrival. They can improve on customer service and making guests feel welcome.
