Very nice and a great location

The room was a very good size with a nice couch to sit to watch TV. The bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to so many shops, restautarants, bars & activities. We walked to the TD Garden from here. W enjoy this hotel so much since it is so close to so many places

bathroom was smallThe restaurant is very slow & seemed to be confused when asked to charge bill to room.

There was no microwave OR Fridge in room! Only downfall

his is by no means a 4-star hotel.The service would barely qualify as 2 or 3 stars anywhere else in the world.There was no bellboy to help with the luggage.The staff, though kind and polite, were completely inexperienced and unable to assist with even the simplest requests.A few examples:No bellboy for the luggage.There was no hand soap in the bathroom.I asked for it every day during my three-day stay, but it was never delivered. On the last day, they simply said, “Well, maybe it’s out of stock.”One day it started raining heavily. I asked the concierge for an umbrella—something any 4-star hotel should provide.They looked at me as if I were from another planet and said they did not offer umbrellas.When I asked what I should do, they told me to go to a CVS or something similar.When I asked where the nearest one was, they told me to “Google it.”I did—and ended up buying an umbrella for $27.Again, the staff themselves were friendly, but they had no idea what they were doing.I could go on, but I think you get the idea.Definitely not a 4-star hotel.

Overall very nice hotel. Felt upscale even though the halls and rooms are a bit dated. Staff was lovely. Attached restaurant had delicious food.

Pillows on bed were lacking, and bed springs felt worn in. Water pressure very low, added several minutes to my shower routine just to rinse my hair. The door to my room was not very secure. There were several screws in the frame missing, and the entire door frame moved when you opened and closed the door. It felt like anyone could push it open if they really wanted to. I used additional security measures to feel safe, such as an Amazon alarm door stopper. Lastly, no hooks in bathroom for towel to dry. Only one handle on door of the shower, which only fit one towel at a time. All of these things compiled did not feel like a 4-star hotel.

Great hotel, great location

Despite paying in advance, the hotel made 3 further transactions on my credit card that were for services I did not have.

Excellent hotel,.right on the middle of everything. Rooms were spacious, bed comfortable.and hotel was clean. From the moment we had.valet take the vehicle.to the.valet.returni g it for us to leave our stay was exceptional.

Convenient location, close to parking, the T, shopping, site seeing, and nightlife. Staff were friendly and accessible.

Time for a renovation of its going to compete with newer builds in the area.

Close to tourist sites

Front desk was terrible on check in. We got there early so they stored our bags when they come back they couldn’t find us in their system so we couldn’t get our bags. They finally found it. We got a room air conditioner didn’t work. Many refrigerator didn’t work so we were transferred to another room. That room was fine not up to speed on conveniences for customers like other hotels in the area which we stayed at and loved like free coffee, or a cappuccino machines in the lobby machines they have the role are terrible overall state of smaller hotels in the area and got much better service. Will not stay at the Boston again there’s too many better options
