1. Outside vehicles noise into room 2. Missing Refill of washroom essential such as Shampoo and Conditioner 3. Breakfast price limitation of $25 dollars. 4. Poor reception in sharing details

Location was great.

One elevator was not working. Did not get the room we book. Booked King got a double queen.

Many things out of order. Also felt that ww were assigned a inferior room because of our reservation. The did move us when we complained anout it.

The Valet

The pictures of the room were not remotely close to what the room was actually like. The room was old and outdated, had a smell to it and did not have central AC. Our view was of a dumpster and the bathroom was not very clean. Fridge did not work.

The noise was unbearable with a concert across the street in the Quincey Marketplace, and a birthday party in the hotel restaurant. We asked for another room and they just told us that they were fully booked and there were no other rooms available.

absolutely out dated. one ice machine in the whole hotel. staff is rude and unwelcoming no gift shop. AC is hotrible. extremely pricey. not worth it.

Location, Nothing else!

Gym was poor, not as described and had non- working equipment. One of two elevators broken upon arrival. Took two requests to receive a blanket.

Excellent location to all of the major sights! Loved the simple elegant decor of the lobby. The elevators were very quick. Rooms were very clean. Appreciated the alternative set up for temperature control in the room.

(1) Lack of refrigerator and microwave in room (2) Only one ice machine on the 3rd floor. Very inconvenient, since we were on the 6th floor. (3) Inefficient and awkward set up of coffee machine in room (3)

the staff was not very accommodating, it felt as though it was a bother to ask for anything and also our room was not very clean. also our window was facing a building so it was very dark, very minimal light. overall i was left unsatisfied with my stay.

Location is very good. Guest services are very nice.

Hotel needs updating, bathroom door didnt shut, very noisy parking lot in back.

This place is a dump. No way does it deserve a 4 Star rating. The lock was broken on our door. The TV would not connect to anything. Call for room service??? The phone did not work. Stains on the carpet and dust on surfaces. Front desk staff was surly.

The location was beyond remarkable.

The main lobby washroom could be cleaner, and the check-in is bit later than we wished for. Checking in early would have been $50 extra. Overall, this hotel was pricey for it's offering.

Not being able to reach anyone prior to my stay to assure necessary accommodations were in place.

Great location and the beds were comfortable. The water in the shower was nice and hot.

Despite putting the "do not disturb" sign on the door each day, they still entered the room and threw away items that were not garbage. Why have a door tag if it isn't honored?

Refrigerator was one that hotel could stock & then you'd be billed for what you used. I feel a general all use refrigerator would fit better given the hotels location and all the food options surrounding.

Hotel staff not helpful, restaurant not up to capacity could not provide dinner. The dresser drawer, fridge and shower had not been cleaned in a long time.
